American Black Ops in South Ossetia?

According to a resident of South Ossetia's capital Tskhinvali whose name is Tasoev there were African-American snipers in the area of Tskhinvali. He is claiming to have joined a goroup of armed South Ossetians near the city and they came across a group of two men and two women dressed in camouflage with English language writings on it. The snipers had rifles of an unknown manufacture. All four were killed.
